MedSpa Policies & Guidelines

Appointments

Booking: All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals (10+ minutes) may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. No-shows or late cancellations will incur a $50 fee.

Consultations

New clients must complete a complimentary consultation before receiving any treatments.
We reserve the right to decline services if they are not deemed safe or appropriate for your skin or health condition.

Medical Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, medications, and allergies prior to treatment.
Pregnant or nursing clients must notify us, as some services may be contraindicated.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and MedSpa gift cards.
Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuities are appreciated but not required.

Refunds & Results

We do not offer refunds on services rendered or partially completed packages.
Results may vary. While we aim for optimal outcomes, no guarantee is made for aesthetic results.

Age Requirement

Clients must be 18 years or older for injectable treatments unless accompanied by a guardian and with physician approval.

Privacy & Conduct

All client records are kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate behavior.

Retail Products

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Opened or used products are final sale.

Packages & Promotions

Packages expire 12 months from the purchase date.
Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
